Struggling to get a card I don't actually want

Here is a brief summary of events explaining my frustration with your card division

- I cancel my previous Discovery card because I don't use it and they charge ridiculous card fees
- My life insurance premium goes up R300 because I don't have a card
- Okay so I apply for a card seeing that I'm penalised if I don't have one
- Smooth application and approves me for R125 000 credit
- What? No credit please. I'm not going to use it anyway
- No least amount of credit they can give me is R10 000
- Okay fine
- Welcome email requests documents which I immediately send them
- Thanks but we also want all these other documents
- Er... okay why didn't you ask for them initially?
- Fine. Send them as well.
- Thanks but now we're just going to keep emailing you asking for documents you've already sent and refer to documents you didn't send
- What?

Look I don't want a Discovery card but you guys penalise me if I don't have one so I'm going through the pain of getting one. Why are you making it so difficult?

Just give me a card with zero credit so we don't have to go through all of this. I'm more than happy with that.

Would that be possible? How many documents would you need for that?
