I sent an email to Edgars months ago enquiring about the sudden large outstanding amount on my account as I did not recall spending to that amount. I enclosed my account number.

I requested that they send me a statement as to what was purchased and on what date.

I received an email back, addressing a certain Mr van Deventer with a total different account number.

I emailed back indicating that the incorrect information had been sent to me but received no reply.

A few weeks later I emailed "Shiela" again indicating that the service is appalling or rather non existent and that has now been confirmed as she has yet to respond!! ~

I would like a breakdown as to WHAT was bought, on WHAT DATE and WHERE over the past 6 months so that the account purchases may be verified - or is this request also going to fall on deaf ears???

(The exact date and time is unknown but it is months ago!!)
