BUYING A MARKED DOWN SAMSUNG TV

I went to the store on 30/03/2013 to buy a TV, in the marked down section I found a Samsung 46 inch HD LED smart TV for R4300. While waiting for a sales person who went to find a remote so we can test the TV, a lady sales person came along and removed the price tag saying it belongs to a different TV the one I was in the process of purchasing is about R8000. After much deliberation and me kicking up a fuss and asking for a manager, Mr Adolph was called. He really did his best to assist he could not give me the TV at the advertised price but that made me brought it down to R5000. of course I was not happy about not getting it at the advertised price but he was very pleasant and negotiated in good faith that made me respected and appreciated as a customer.

Henry Rudolph's great attitude made up for his staff's incompetence, rudeness and don't care attitude. I wish you could train your staff to be as caring and customer centric as you.
