ZERO feedback on Queries - email and telephonic

A few months ago I was diagnosed with a dread disease, and due to the sudden onslaught of medical bills emailed "Accounts Johannesburg" Edgars as per my statement, to request an arrangement on my installments. To this day, they have yet to respond. Two months later I again sent a request and attached the first email for reference. I have yet to receive a response!
I continued making payments as and when I could, resulting in them reporting me as a slow payer. Where I was the one who contacted THEM for an arrangement to which they did not bother to respond!
I have subsequently settled the whole amount and closed my account, When I emailed proof of payment, I again attached both emails, and again have yet to get a response.
When I spoke to the "Accounts Manager" at the Call Centre - Patricia - she assured me she would send a query and get back to me. This is again a week later without a word.
I find it totally unacceptable that they can ignore client initiated contact, and that I must be listed as a slow payer just because they couldnt be bothered to respond/assist me when I asked for arrangements. All the other companies were accomodating to my request. EXCEPT EDGARS.
