Shame on you @Home!

I purchased a couch on sale less 15%. Paid R4225 incl deiveryl on 7 June. Not delivered as Centurion DC 'lost it" then a week later they found it but now "damaged! " Still to be delivered but a no show. Boksburg called Ellen to be told "It now fell off the forklift so totally broken! " Boksburg said I could get a different brand although more expensive in lieu. Area Manager in Sept said I have to pay the full price less 20%. EXCUSE ME?? To add insult to injury they are using the newly adjusted price. How can you lose, damage then break a couch already paid for & still expect me to pay the R1374 for the replacement?! One lady said they would use the pre increase price but Area Manager decided on the new price!! Area Manager knew I was going on HelloPeter & obviously didn't care! SHAME ON YOU @HOME!! I am waiting to see if there is a response from Management before I decide what to do.
