TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

There is something I just cant understand. I lowered my credit from R 7000 to R 2000 and Edgars decided without informing me that the credit limit will be increased. There is a reason WHY I lowered my credit to R 2000 and I do not feel Edgars has the right to change this without my knowledge.

Just because of this terrible service I have received after being a loyal customer who have always paid MY end of the bargain, I am going to terminate this account as soon as the last payments have been done.

I do not know who you guys think you are to make and break as you choose, and where you guys missed the entire consumer protection act policy, but I am done and through with your company.
