ITC Update and Incorrect Collections

I made a final settlement with Markhams on 23 Feb 2013 but on 26 March 2013, my account was handed over for collections to MBD Legal Collections. MBD confirmed that they received the instruction to collect me on 26 March and they have been contacting me all the time. I told them I dont owe Markham but they insist I am lying.

Now I started a company President Chayil to do private equity deals in South African and when I went to raise a debt at RMB, I was told my name is still not updated at ITC. I want Markham to correct this or I am suing them for the lost of income from the business dealing.
