Unpleasant shopping experience

Why does management keep filling the already cluttered isles with more goods? One cannot move your trolley around in this specific store without bumping into somebody or something. This is not how i know the norm Pick 'n Pay standards to be like. Even on a quiet Sunday, this store is like a fleamarket... so full due to the poor layout of the store as well as size. Please do something about the layout and pack out less stock so as to make space for the customers or consider relocating as honestly it is unpleasant to visit your store. For an example... there by your deli section, if one person is standing and waiting for an order, nobody else can pass by to go to the bread section or meat section as there goods packed in the middle of the walkways and to add it worse now there is a "back to school" right at the front door as well. Honestly... until this specific Pick' n Pay sorts themself out, I will not be returning - the Spar 500m down the same road is much more spacious and clean to be quite honest and and and is probably much older than the Pick 'n Pay so come on guys are the standards of Pick 'n Pay going backwards or what is the problem.
