Most unorganised store I've ever seen

I went to Nicolway shopping centre on Saturday and was so happy to see a Pick n Pay clothing there as I am a huge fan.

I was so dissapointed with everything, the store was so unorganised, hangers on the floor, things piled up on each other which made looking for a size an impossible task. The same items were scattered all over the store, some of the pants I wanted were in the front, same ones on another rail. The sale section was a joke - looking back I wish I had taken photos.

Finally payment, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the till, when someone finally came she needed to go get a barcode, which took another 5 minutes. Then once I paid, she walked off, leaving me to reach over the counter and get my purchases and once again leave the counter empty.

Really was an awful experience, as I said I am a huge fan of the store, but will NOT be going back to that branch.
