Really bad recon process or competence issues

Hi, I have been experiencing issues with this supplier for the past four months. Due to some travels I had to resort to settling my account over the Internet. I have been doing so and every month they fail to reconcile my account. It is irritating to receive texts and calls on a deemed overdue account yet if the process worked well, there would be less unhappy customers. As much as the merchandise is great, due to the service one ends up not knowing whether to continue having their card or just close the account.

Funny thing is I sent the confirmation email all the time.

Really appalled by the service.
