3yrs of another's credit card overdue calls/texts!

For over 3 years I have been receiving an unknown Bluebean cardholder's transaction texts, overdue texts and now multiple automated "overdue notification" voice calls. I have contacted Standard Bank on at least five occasions over these years to point out that my mobile number has been erroneously linked with an account at an institution with which I have never had a banking relationship. No joy!! This despite thinking on at least two occasions that I had at last got through to someone who could do something about the situation. So, I continue to receive constant texts and calls (sometimes three times a day, and from a landline, so I often pick up the call). I have even had Bluebean call centre staff agree that the cardholder is not me (CTN, 52 years, white male). From the transaction texts and store locales, it seems to be a young female from Gauteng and probably black. One of the operators tried to suggest it was a sim swap issue and that my number was the cardholder's old number and that Vodacom was to blame. My having held the same mobile number since 1995 luckily fended that argument off. I cannot face yet another call centre session being referred from pillar to post! Help!!!
