Pathetic Customer Service and Bad Attitude

I bought bestum pills on my medical aid on 25/09, went to Dischem again on da 26/09 & realised that same pills were on special buy 1get 1free, Jacky told me 2 bring da receipt & they will view footage 2 see if i only got 1, this is afta i told her i bot meds on my medical, 2day i went & Jacky with her stinking attitude said i must go 2 prescriptions & theyll sort me out, now story has changed no more viewing of tootage, i went & da lady who assisted me said there was no such special & she confirmed with Vitamis department, she also said if i buy on medical i dont qualify 2 get one free, when i asked where is this written she said it is standard, after waiting for them to confirm special on magazine they now change da tune & say bestum guard is on special not da bestum i bot da other day, i brot da box of tabs 2 Jacky ystaday & she said nothing bout da product being different instead she needed a receipt which i took to her 2day & still i ended up running like a mad woman from front to back, i like Dischem but i alway get treated like dirt & honestly their customer serv is shocking, when i left store ther was gathering of Jacky & crew probably laughing & ridiculing me
