Now that's what you call service!!!

This is my worst shopping experience ever in my life Makro Bloemfontein. My shopping was good along till we got to the till, I wanted to buy the Gilette blades and it shows R26.99. I ask the Cashier Faith Moloi twice is that the correct price she said yes. When the blades scan it show R198.99 if I am not mistaken. The cashier told me that she don't deal with pricing she will call for assistant. She did that's when the Floor sales Manager Vincent Ngungu got there very arrogant dude without greeting me. I explain myself he arrogantly said there's nothing he can do. I ask him again he said the same answer. Without checking the blades pricing he just stand there and look at me with a frowns on his face and says nothing. I got two trolleys of goods with a value of R3100 or more and he told me he can do nothing about it, I must take my money back without trying to save the deal. Some employees that don't want to be mention said some similar happen the previous day and he got the same attitude.
