False Advertising on lam

I was at the store on Tuesday the 24th September.
National Braai Day when they anounced on the microphone that they were offering lamb for the first 5 customers at R46 per lamb. The presenter mentioned this 3 times as a Braai day special. So as was customer number number 3 i chose my lamb and everyone in that was in that queue heard the advertising of the lamb at that price to which the owner of the butchery said that he cannot give us the lamb at the price.
I mean if that was a mistake why would they advertise it at that price per lamb atleast 3 times. They said "per lamb" and not "per kg". How do Stores get away with advertising falsely?
