False advertising and POS system that never WORKS!

I am hugely disappointed in this branch. On heritage day I went to buy lamb chops for R59, 99 per/kg as advertised on TV. There was no mention in the ads that this was frozen lamb. I had invited guests over to my house for a braai as it was "national braai day." There was no way I was going to offer my guests frozen meat.

When is this branch going to fix their POS system. For the third time now that my card is swiped and I receive the bank notification sms that my transaction was approved, but the machine will say that my puirchase has been declined, then for the cashier to turn and tell me that the transaction will be reversed. I must just rely upon the word of the cashier that there will be a reversal on the purchase as the bank has already sent an approval sms. It is worrying especially in this times of bank etc. Then the cashiers will be running around, for a mobile POS device.

I think I will just revert back to the stoneridge branch even though it is out of my way and further to drive
