Deceitful packaging of meat

I bought a lamb pack today (1/4/2013). On opening the pack, I found that the top pieces were very nice. The pieces below, however, were mainly fat and very little meat. one piece had only fat. I had already started cooking a curry, so it was too late to return it back to the store. This is tantamount to deceitfulness and with the price of lamb nowadays, of my hard earned money. I have a photograph of the lamb pack.
