Shocking service, insulted and absolutely shocked

Good day,

Never in my life have I been treated and insulted this way, and I felt like a criminal!!!

I was buying some roast meats, and one the shelf there was a label LEG OF LAMB R79.99 Pkg. On the shelf there were all these Leg of Lambs in different flavors. When I got to the till I noticed the label said R99.99 per kilo, and I said this is marked wrong, as the price on the shelf said R79.99 per kilo.

Some lady with short blond hair and a red shirt, took it and went to the butcher. She came back and said no its not wrong, this is deboned and the ones on the label is supposed to be boned. NOWHERE on the label did it state boned / deboned, it said Leg of Lamb - with all these leg of lambs in rows. There was not ONE boned lamb on that shelf. The butcher named Stefan then came out, and said all the boned ones were sold out, and only the deboned lambs are left, and I am NOT going to give it to you at R79.99. Are you dumb he said, dont you know the difference between leg of lamb and deboned leg of lamb?

He made a scene and continued arguing with me. I just left the shop in shock in how they can treat and insult customers like this. This is totally unacceptable!!
