Excessive spam from Shoprite

I am a very busy PhD student working consultant, yet I am constantly interrupted by excessive spam from Shoprite these days. Why is it that those grocery boys feel obliged to irritate their customers/people no end??? One thing is for sure is that I am going to cease shopping from Shoprite Checkers from now on!
