Complaint: Packaging contained lamb shanks
I took it back to the store who exchanged it, but upon opening it was once again lamb shanks (batch no 31205813).
Phoned in to the consumer helpline and a complaint (ref no: 20130902277021371) was logged.
I received a sms with a gift card ref on Friday, 20/09/2013 to the value of R100.00
Phoned the customer helpline to ask whether this is Woolworth's policy to refund only 50% of the value. Again no feedback.
