Terrible product and customer service

Purchased a bottle of "cake Flora" gel food colour, and used it accordingly and didn't achieve desired results.
so i sent a friendly email to the company stating my disappointment in product, no feedback so i called experienced they unprofessionalism firsthand, nevertheless the sales manager calls to find out what my problem is, she made no attempt to resolve the dis-satisfactory product issue but rather chose to put the fone down, if that is the attitude of the sales manager i dread to imagine the sale status of that company... definitely will not be purchasing that product again nor will i recommend it to others.
