Above and beyond!

A very big thank you to the lady in red that assisted us today! We spent a very long time in the store and found a nice hoodie and then we discovered that it had a tear in it and part of the stitching had frayed. We showed her, she then called another man who decided we could have 15% discount on the product... We said we would rather look around at another Edgars for the same hoodie that was not damaged and pay the full price. She then called another branch in town to try and found out if they had the same one. While she was doing that we went back to the shelves to have another look... Luckily we found another hoodie in perfect order! I really was happy with the way she assisted us and tried her best to go above and beyond! Keep up the great work!
