Good day

I was at your branch in Blue Route this past Saturday. Firstly, there were only two cashiers available at month end. When I EVENTUALLY get to the lady who apparently found it too much effort to greet. I asked her to redeem the points off my "thank you card" and take the balance off my savings debit card.
She did the exact opposite. When I asked why she did that all she could do was manage a blank stare.
She then did not know how to fix the problem.
When it was finally sorted, she wasnt able to even appologize or say goodbye.
I fully understand what it is like to work long hours on a weekend and to be pregant and uncomfortable on top of it. I my self work in the mall and in the service industry and am too pregrant.
This kind of behaviour is not acceptable on any account. If staff dont wish to be at work or are not able to present a good frontline face to customers, then they should be put in a postion where they dont deal with customers at all. I was juggling two small children at the time as well.
This is also not the first time an error like this was made at Jet. Staff in general seem to rushed to even bother to pay attention to the customer and their requests.
