Wedding Ruined - Thank You Edgars

My wedding date is on September the 28th. We bought my fiance's ring about three weeks ago and Edgars had sent it away to be resized. I was told I can collect it the next weekend. Not only did NOBODY have a clue what I was talking about when we got to Edgars but I was met with shrugs, uhms and ahs. I demanded that somebody do something about it as the wedding was a week away. I left my details and also contacted the store manager and left details. Not once did anybody bother to make contact with me to advise me of the progress. I phoned numerous times only to be put on hold. Eventually when I did manage to get hold of someone they got my wedding date mixed up and according to them it was the 16th of October.

So, Saturday I have to get married with a cheap silver ring. It is more than that. My husband's fake wedding ring will be blessed instead of the one he is meant to be wearing for life.

Thanks Edgards, ...not one phone call! Wait till I refuse to pay my bill - I bet you'd be sitting on the phone to me then wont you??? I hate Edgars!!! You've ruined a very important part of my special day!!!
