I was at the Southgate branch on the 24th September 2013 looking to purchase a memory card for a Camera and when I presented my card for payment the cashier ("Nomvula") without asking any identification told me that it was the first and last time they will be accepting the card as form of payment, I then requested for a refund to be done and also for a manager to complaint.
She immediately pointed to me that I had to call the Customer Services number which it felt like she was doing favour to assist me with the payment, even her manager ("Patrick") could not talk her,
I am the client I had a valid reason why the card was worn out which was because of the purchases that I have been making with the card.
I left the store feeling like I was there to asking for a service, that's how bad my public holiday ruined while trying to capture moments.
worst services that i ever recieved and it was the first time coming in the store.
