When purchasing a tv from furniture they insisted that I also purchase the insurance product. They even said I did not have an option but to pay for it. The gentlemen was eager to tell me that should anything happen to the tv, even a scratch, we should bring the tv to the store and they will sorry it out. Well there was some damage to the tv. I brought the tv to the store, they told me in 2 weeks the tv should be back in the store. It has now been almost 2 months. I'm constantly constantly calling the store and no one wants to take responsibility always shifting blame. I still do not have my tv. I feel that all this frustration and expense of hanging to follow up with them has had me wishing that I never deal with the company again. Today I called to speak to the assisyany manager Dumi, I get told she's on leave. I ask to speak to the manager I get told he's also on leave. I then ask for assistance and I get told that they are in the middle of a meeting. I mean what the. Why did she pick up the phone. Disgusted
