Appalled and disgusted by service

I purchased a bed from Furniture City Sandridge a while back, after a few months the middle leg of the bed broke off. I called and reported the matter to Bayana who was the salesperson at the time. She told me that the make of the bed was discontinued and that I should try and fix it myself. Appalled by her response, I called the manager of the store (Pieter at the time) to find out if he could help me, but nothing was done. I have called back severall times and the managers kept changing. I finally spoke to a lady called Mpho, at first she had said she found spares to fix my bed and that I should expect them soon this was about (6 weeks ago). To date nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I had to call back today and was dissapointed in her answer, She told me that she had to still fill in a form. I am disgusted by the treatment that I've been getting from the staff at this store, I am paying insurance and nobody is willing to help me, I am currently stuck with a broken bed, paying insurance on it and nobody from Furniture City Sandridge is willing to assist, . Appalled and disgusted by the service.
