System problems

I went to jet store to collect my 2 cellphones that were approved by the insurance.
one cellphone was given to me the second cellphone the insurance approved it for 999 and i wanted a phone for 1999 i made an EFT of 990 to top up on the phone that i want and they have-systems problems on their side telling me they dint received the money i went to my bank got a bank statement show them that the money went though and my bank also advised so, they told me that thy will not give me my phone until the money is cleared on their side i went home without my phone, i came back today and they told me that i must come get my phone on Tuesday when the money has cleared on their side, i went home without my cell phone after spending 2 days in jet store nothing is done, the attitude and the bad service i received in jet is disgusting and i will never ever shop t a store where by when you make an Eft payment you must wait for
the money to be cleared on their side first even after the money went though on my side i received an sms notification that the money did go though i was told to go at the bank time to get my bank statement, i am hurt because on my side i am without a phone and mone
