Diamond came loose

Bought ring 28 July 2012 R4299.00 only 1 year later one diamond came loose duo to bad quality (workmanship) now I must pay R 500 to replace one small diamond. It is unacceptable because my family and friends have there rings ext for 30 years plus and working as welders, mechanics, farmers ext wearing it day and night without any damage or loose parts. My fiance work in a office and she does not even do dishes or washing with her ring on.
