I used to enjoy my shopping experience at Edgars but in recent years, the client service has gone from bad to worse. Edgars staff members are rude and unapproachable when asked a simple question. There are maybe 6 tillpoints and of those 6, possibly 2 (3, if we're lucky) will be operational. However, there will be 4 consultants standing around talking to one another or 'looking busy' around one particular tillpoint when the queues are a mile long. Customer services is exactly the same. You can spend an entire morning standing in the queue to return or exchange an item of clothing. It's too frustrating for words and an absolute waste of time. Bring back efficiency!!! Look the customer in the eye, smile, greet and politely assist.
