After being a client/account holder at Edgars for over 15 years, I just realise that we... the costumer means NOTHING to Edcon!!! Went yesterday to the Standerton shop to return/replace a defaulted KELSO denim and Pro Action pants (both low quality products of Edcon). After waiting for over half an hour for the manager, (first he was outside the store and then i was told he is to busy to see me), I was bluntly told that they don't exchange clothing after a month. I know this is the policy if you return unworn goods with the tag still on. The lady (Leen) didn't greet me, didn't ask my name or didn't even try to assist me. I paid over R400 for the demin and it is not my fault if the zip broke or the pants is badly stitched!!! I don't have the slip because Edgars kept the slips with my purchases and only gave me the credit note when i returned stuff on the same slip! Edcon please train your staff because they are incompetent and don't know what a smile is!!! We as the customer are buying LOW quality goods, that is not even paid on the 6 months account and then Edcon don't what to replace it! Can Edgars please give feedback on what I must do!!!
