Bad Staff Attitude

Hi There

Was at The Glen earlier today. Awesome to see the renovations but what is with the staff attitude. How is the staff expected to do there jobs when nothing is working.
All I wanted to do was change my surname. 45 minutes standing around then back and forth.

They claimed to change on your system and took photo copies of my ID but I have no reference or record that my query is handled
