Hats off to Eveline who actually LISTENED to her customers complaint and handled it with Grace and professionalism. Thank you Eveline for your heartfelt apologies and your feedback on action taken to prevent a recurrence. What I witnessed was an outstanding Branch Manager. My housekeeper also appreciated the fact you apologised to her as well. Qhamane was over the moon with his care and say thank you, As does his mother.
