No one report back since my complaint was made jus

I'm still waiting for my response on my last complaint and again the same old complaint and problem I'm having with my account, I want my account to be AND STAY ON A 24 MONTHS interrest plan what can you guys not understand? Your application forms your advertisements all over states 24 months but its always 12 months and no other every time I must ask to change the one time a guy correct it after complaint but it still show 12 months and my payment is so high, I asked it in firts place so that I can make a full payment on due date, and I agreed on 24 months, why can't you guys understand what I need you to do and why not keep it like I want it I'm the one that's doing the payment on the intrest so why you want more for something I did not asked, no one at store ever assists me does not know anything only thing they can do is doing their omakeup during working time with the products that has to be sold to customers, and they do not know the products I asked them about it o no its been out of stock for 3 months but when I turned awa just saw the product tgat I needed. No customer servise I want my account correct with 24 months and send to me by email before payment due date please
