Beware of this arrogant and incompetent place

I went to install a sound system in my car, it seemed a rather dodgy place, nevertheless I thought I'd give them a chance, I booked my car in.
They promised to install Infinity speakers, they didn't, they put Pioneer in without the decency of phoning me first. They damaged the compartment in my car without my permission, they cut parts of the plastic holding out to fit the infinity speakers in which they failed to do anyway.
They took much longer to do the job than promised, they didn't bother to phone and tell me.
They didn't bother to put the rubber on my driver's door back, I didn't know why my door would not close until I got home.
Within 2 weeks the two front speakers stopped working, I thought a cable had come loose.
I went back and Luke told me that the speakers had blown, I explained to him that I hadn't played them loud and to one of the lower settings on my car volume and there was no distortion so they must be defective or the wiring was wrong, he didn't care what I had to say and tried to sell me more speakers. He was arrogant and wouldn't take any blame.
I now went elsewhere to fix up the mess, I was told the amp had been set wrongly which caused the speakers to blow.
