Lack of service - Sansui TV still under guarentee

We took a Sansui TV which was steill under guarentee to HiFi Coorporation, we had a problem with speakers, the sound was inconsistent. We took the TV to our home in Knysna only to discover the following:
The speakers was not repaired
Their was a chip mark on the screen of the TV

We could not bring it back to Vanderbijlpark because of the size, weight and transport cost. Their is not a service provider in Knysna so we are stuck with the problem.
