Dischem throughout PRETORIA does not have Thick and Easy (baby formula thickener for reflux babies).
i phoned ALL the branches, but Cornelis at Kollonade really went the extra mile.
he was quick, polite and offered to set aside the tins for me to collect.
when i got to Kollonade, the customer service lady wasnt friendly and ignored me as if i did not exist. i immediately started looking for cornelis, and within minutes i was welcomed with the biggest smile and the tins that he kept for me.
WELL DONE CORNELIS!!! this is truly awesome and so much appreciated
