Today I went to Dis-Chem Brackenhurst to buy Pepticate formula milk. They didn't have any in stock but Tannie Marie at the front desk took my number and promised to call to let me know when they would have. She could see how worried I was, as I had used the last of the milk and, being kind and compassionate, she said she would check if they had ordered any and let me know. Not even an hour later, she phoned to say she had sourced two tins of Pepticate from another store (without me even asking her to!) and that the driver had already been dispatched to go and fetch the tins. She said they would hopefully be at the Brackenhurst store by the end of the day or at the very latest tomorrow morning. I hope that Dis-Chem will reward Tannie Marie for her kindness and for going out of her way to find the product I needed.
