NESTLE OUT OF STOCK/DAMAGED GOODS

Hi. I usually shop at Baby Boom in the Glen for my baby's formula which is Nan1, he has been using this for the past 3 months. However at my last trip to Baby boom they did not have stock, this was over 1 month ago, i have been back every week since and they still don't have stock saying that their supplier (Nestle SA) does not have stock. I went back last week and they finally had stock of the smaller tins, even though I usually buy the large tins, but they were ALL dented. Checker next door also does not have stock.
Further when I finally found stock in Checkers Sandton, I realised that the smaller tins no longer have the flat side on the inside of the tin to level the formula! Does Nestle SA really care about their consumers: Babies!!!
How can they firstly not stock their suppliers and secondly supply a can/tin without a level on inside lid, which now makes it unhygienic to use (cos we have to use 2 hands to level with something else (like a knife) as suggested on the can!!! I have ran aroun din panic so many times trying to buy my baby's formula.
