CANIT - No delivery or reply

I wanted to order money collection tins to raise funds for my sons chemo therapy, Canit said they would sponsor them. For two months no arrangements could be made, so I asked them to post it and I'd rather pay - just to get the tins.
On 1 November 2013 they said that it has already been posted and I have to pay R180, which I did straight away. I am still waiting for the tins. They don't answer phone calls or emails. I am so frustrated and disappointed as I needed the tins long ago.
I asked for a refund, but still no reply. All I want is my TINS...
