Yesterday I did my first purchase with Zando. I ordered two items and then later received a email to say that one item was out of stock (then why is it on website?) and that they were giving my a credit voucher. Then I called their customer service this morning asking if I could use the credit voucher to buy something else instead and then they could just add it to the existing order (which was not despatched yet). The girl was not very helpful and said no I had to do I new order. The voucher was just R66 which meant If I ordered something on its own I probably would have to pay the same amount in shipping. Considering it was a problem on their side and that they were not going lose out I think they could have accommodated me at least. Can I please have a refund rather.
