Poor service and bad attitude

Paid for a purchase with a voucher on 26/01/13. The very unfriendly cashier (Tercia) called for assistance. After some time passed the manager (Karen) reluctantly and walking very slowly came to the cashier to assist. She was unfriendly and did not acknowledge my presence at all. I made a comment about the fact that she walked so slowly and said she might not be in a rush, but I am. She looked at me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe and replied that I must realise that she was busy with something else, besides, she is not the only one in the shop that could assist the cashier and that I should appreciate her coming to help. She then turned around and walked off after giving me a dirty look. I then had to ask the cashier 4 times what the name of the manager was as she kept looking down and you could not see her face as she was wearing this massive red cap. Not very customer welcoming attire. I left feeling I would rather drive further and pay more at a sport shop with better service.
