I bought my Sealy mattress and base set from House and Home in Westgate Shopping Centre. Bed started tearing at the handles / straps where mattress can be lifted. Reported this to House and Home and Sealy sent out an inspector by the name of Nazaam to investigate and take photos on Friday. Yesterday I received a phone call from Andre at Sealy to tell me that according to the report by Nazaam and a manager, they do not find anything wrong with the mattress. WHAT DID NAZAAM DO WITH THE EVIDENCE (PHOTOS) AND WHAT KIND OF REPORT DID HE WRITE? DO THE MANAGERS AT SEALY CUSTOMER CARE NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO PHONE ME AND RATHER LET ANDRE TELL ME THE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH WHICH HE DID AND DO MANAGER'S THERE OFTEN PASS THE BUCK? ACCORDING TO ANDRE A MANAGER WILL PHONE ME. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. If Sealy do not attend to this matter urgently, I will be approaching the consumer tribunal today.
