Extremely Poor service and no delivery

Over the past few years I have spent nearly R30 000 with [URL Removed] and have noticed a steady decline in their service offering.

Today 17/09/2013 was the launch of one of the biggest titles in the video game industry. I personally pre-ordered this item months and months ago to ensure that I secured my copy. Delivery was supposed to happen day of launch... Guess what... NOTHING. Between Kalahari and their courier Aramex they managed to not deliver the item.

This is absolutely shocking! And whats more this is not the first time this year that they have failed to deliver as specified. Their service is an absolute joke and I will not spend another cent of my money with them regardless of their pricing. I would like a senior manager to contact me regarding this as it is an absolute disgrace and I will spread the word that their other online competitors are blowing them out of the water... WHICH THEY ARE!
