Pre-ordered game not delivered as promised

Ordered GTA V on the 28/8 paid R599. Ordered a second copy for a friend on Friday 13/9 paid R629. Mine was shipped as ECON yesterday at 16:44, friends was shipped as ONX at 11:55 yesterday and delivered today. Called yesterday, was assured i will get both today. Called today, agent only apologised and said its on its way to me but cannot say when it will be delivered! I WANT MY GAME TODAY AS PROMISED!!!
Its not my fault that the price was cheaper on the 28/8, i paid the price on the website and my payment was gladly accepted.
