Paid full price, damaged mattress delivered

Ordered a matress to be delivered to my parents as a gift, paid full price in JHB. Mattress delivered in Durban had a major factory fault, inner foam too big for the casing thus a bump is seen along one side of the bed. Called serta, complained and emailed them twice. Was told to resend the email. No response till today. It has been over 3 months of trying to get a response.
