Orders never coming

About 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago I phoned the Tygervalley store at 16:00 and spoke to some lady that was at the rugby department asked her to check something for me and i was put on hold I held on for about 45 mins when I put the phone down and started to call again and for about 20mins, once I got through I asked to speak to the manager who was Hano I told him what happened and he started to help me, I wanted 2 pairs anf Rugby boots, 1 X protective Pants, and four he said he would get them from Groerge, 2 a week later I phone to find out if it had arived I spoke to Michelle and she informed me that he was on leave but she would find out by him and let me know, which she did wonderful services from that trainee. she said thay are still waiting I must try again in aday or two but she wont be working I must speak to Nicole, so I then ordered more Items by Michelle. I then phone 2 days later and spoke to Nicole who said they are still waiting, on friday they are getting stock again, so friday came so I phoned, the sock did not arive so I told Nicole to Phone me when it come no call for about 2 weeks I keep Phoneing after Nicole told me she would phone and they have no stock. BAD BAD
