45 days later and still no help

Just please fix. (copying previous emails sent to mtn)

Our cellphone 0837845571 has been on contract for years and years maybe even 10 years now, but because we didn't renew the contract, it was cut off in December. We have held on for 45 mins every time we phone (and its not for free) and each time a different person says it has been escalated but still no service.

On 6 or 7 January we spoke to someone, but nothing was done.

On 8 or 9 January your number kept on saying NOT A VALID number!

On 10 December we spoke to Nicole and a reference no. 108053102 was given. She said it would be on by Monday 13 Jan... it is now friday 17 January and it is still not on.

2 days ago we phoned again, only to be told that the Retentions Dept closes at 5pm (after waiting for 45 mins).

3 days ago we spoke to Tembiso, ref no:
108205581.

Please can you assist urgently.
