Refund of penalty fee for incorrect debit date

We went in to change d/o details beginning of May..it was changed from the 28th of everymonth to the 24th of every month..The debit order went off on the 15th..there were no funds in the account and because of that i incurred a penalty fee of R121..I went to the store and enquired it however Nicole made all the excuses besides taking responsibility for her fault..she then told us the money would b paid in two weeks ago..nothing was paid in, she promised to call my mother last week friday, Its Thursday today and the call did still not take place..i called the contact centre on Tuesday with reference number 3061103431..I was told by nicole she wilk be taking it up with the billing department which did not even happen because upon speaking to the guy at the call centre he said there were no enquiries made..i called the store therafter to speak to nicole, however she was off..i then spoke to a guy zahir or ziyaad who just tried getting me off the phone when i requested to speak tn Tracey the manager, as this store NEVER returns calls i was forced to wait on the line..when Tracey came to the phone she told me
