Spar ignores food poisoning complaint!!!

I made a complaint on Hello Peter on the 6th June... Almost 2 months later and Spar hasn't bothered to respond. I am a very regular customer of Spar, but the customer service from head office is appalling. The Spar in Hilary, Queensburgh is an absolute disgrace to the spar name!!! I live in Westville and the Spar here is superb, but my parents-in-law live in Hilary and I hear nothing but bad things about them, as well as have had a bad experience every time I've been here. I think it is disgusting that no one from head office has been in contact with me in regards to the food poisoning incident. Spar better pull their socks up!! I am so disappointed!!
