HI got a sodastream refill there a few days ago, after using it twice the bottle (that you can feel is full) does not carbonate the water anymore, i took it back to spar to exhange. They asked for the slip, i told them i dont keep slips, so they said they will look up the transaction and let me know. A few days later i phoned them to hear what is happening, they told me that the rep of Sodastream told them they are not allowed just to swop and due to financial economical times ect...??? I dont want to hear what sodastream has to say, that is just purely passing the buck and pulling up your shoulders.
So i phoned Sodastream, they told me, all that spar does is put a faulty sticker on the cylinder record the details and give me a new bottle, i dont even need to bring a slip to them as this can be done at any outlet. Why did spar not do that as well?? Its really poor customer service that the customer has to go the extra mile. It's me and my neighbors that keeps the local spar going, but this clearly shows the lack of client care you are showing, pulling the spar brand in the mud. There is now other way to put it... i'm utterly disgusted in spar.
